I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. We've been seriously impressed with Pawel and his team. They opened up our rear dining room/kitchen wall using an RSJ, following our engineer's drawings perfectly. They also did a few bits of plumbing and bricked up one of the windows at the rear, which is where the new kitchen will be fitted. They were incredibly tidy and really pleasant and courteous to be around, which my wife was so grateful for given we live in a busy family house (most builders are not like this...), I can't thank them enough! We will definitely be using them again in the not-so-distant future!

Hocay did excellent work for us. Despite having no prior feedback, I invited him to have a look at the job and was impressed. He was clear about what needed to be done, in what order, and what tools/materials he would need. This ensured that the job was finished on schedule and on budget. Our newly-plastered bedroom has been painted and panelled, and the skirting has been painted and installed, all with expert precision. My house is over 100 years old, so nothing lines up properly. Hocay consulted us on a number of ways to work around this, and ensured that the job was done to such a high standard even though the room wasn't perfect. He did not - as others have - complain that the job was hard. It's clear that he has top notch technical skills. More importantly, Hocay is easy to work with. He was always punctual, diligent, and communicative. English is not his first language, but he asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. It's also worth mentioning that after painting and decorating at my house, he went off to a night job, and returned promptly and full of energy the next morning. I can't commend his work ethic more highly. All in all, Hocay is one of the best contractors I've worked with, in terms of quality, personality, and price. He will be the first person I call when I need more painting and decorating done and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Martin was in regular contact with me to arrange dates for the work, which was dictated by the weather and arrived on the days at the pre-arranged times. The guttering work was tricky, but Martin was able to recommend a workable solution. Martin and Phil were both very hard working and remained on the job to clean up afterwards. Overall a good experience with good results and would have no hesitation in recommending.
