Adam was brilliant. He arranged a visit to quote for the works promptly and was fair regarding the price. He booked us in at a time and date convenient to our workloads and did a wonderful job with brilliant professionalism, he was a pleasure to have around. • Hired Aaron. Was not told his Colleague would actually be doing most of the work. Now unsure who to deal with to repair damage. • Ceiling replaced to put up new rose. At time of putting up ceiling was not informed joists not level, they just went ahead and put up ceiling which is not level. • Because of this ceiling rose isn’t level to ceiling, and they assumed we would be ok with this. We’re not, it looks awful and we can see it when walking downstairs. • Electricity downstairs no longer working - need to get electrician out as looks like wires may have been damaged in work. No longer live when tested with Voltage testing screwdriver. • Damage to plaster in adjoining room wasn’t mentioned to us. But Aaron got his Colleague to come fix it at no additional charge the next morning. • Dryer and washing machine have lots of rubble left behind. Had to pay additional cost for rubbish to be taken away (not told beforehand not part of quote). • Will update once things are sorted.
