Responded quickly to my call for my mum's leaking toilet which she was stressed about ,she is 76 and panics with things like that ,So it was great to have it dealt with fast and on a holiday wknd , she was delighted with his work and price ,also cleaned up great after ,he was freindly and put her at ease by talking her through the work and also sent me video clips of the problem and finished job .

Very happy with the work done by David and Craig. David was able to sort all the paint out for us. They stripped the wallpaper, treated the walls and painted 4 rooms (including the doors and windows) in 4 days. Good price and the place looks great. They were also very tidy and hoovered up after they'd finished.

We hired Iain to carry out the plans for our extension and we are more than happy with the service we received. He is an extremely professional individual who guided us through the planning process from start to finish. He always made himself available for any questions that we had and nothing was too much trouble. The price for the work came in less than I expected and would highly recommend him to others.

Neil was brought in to construct a single storey extension to our house After trawling through numerous companies we were delighted to have found Neil as he is a bricklayer to trade unlike most other companies who are joiners who employ bricklayers and grounds workers and we know building an extension requires 80-90 percent brick and ground work and all other externals. From the moment my wife and I met Neil and his team we knew we had found the right builder. Right from the word go we could see the professionalism and after every day's work the site remained tidy.Communication was never an issue as we were always kept in the loop what was happening, when and where. Over all we are delighted that our extension came in at a good price, on time and and looks the way we wanted it too! Neil and his co worker Barry are two very friendly and easy to get on with guys. My wife child minds from home and this can cause a lot of problems when workmen come as we need to make sure the premises are kept safe and secure for the children.Neil and Barry always made sure that there was never any danger around and always maintained a high level of awareness making sure simple things like gates were closed and secured or any work areas were danger free. I also might add that all the kids thought that they were hilarious when they saw them and that in itself of making everyone feel at ease is one of many reasons why we will use Neil again and recommend him to anyone!

I required tiling for several rooms in my new house and logged my request on my builder. Luckily David responded and I could not be happier. David is a complete professional as is his partner Michael. The tiling is exceptional, and their attention to detail is admirable. David is not only a very courteous gentleman but also very kind and patient. As you can tell I am delighted with my tiling and feel very fortunate that I now have a reliable, honest tiler that I will be calling again very soon. When you need expert tiling call Aegean Tiling.

What a fabulous job. Right from the beginning Mark took the time to explain everything clearly and simply to us in detail. He was punctual, polite and worked quietly and diligently. Obviously a very experienced and highly skilled craftsman. We couldn’t be happier with the costs and the completed work. We cannot recommend Mark highly enough in this respect.

Chris initially contacted me after I posted my job on MyBuilder, I had to do this because the original landscaper who is on here let me down in quite a bad way. I was asked by Chris to provide some pictures with indications as to sizes. Based on this he provided me with both an estimate and suggestions for the way the work should be done. While Chris was happy to do what I wanted he also made a suggestion which seemed to me a better idea. Based on his advice I saved over £1000 on the work. But by far one of the most important factors was he did not have to see the job and he did not ask my address. The point here is that he clearly did not price the job based on the property. Big house big bill. I believe the price I was charged for the work was fair and the work carried out was to a high standard. Based on the work carried out I have no hesitation in recommending you speak to Chris for doing any work. I
