Extremely disappointing experience. I was told from the outset that the work would be covered by insurance, which turned out to be incorrect. I was charged 5,000 for investigating and fixing a water leak, however the initial workmanship was very poor and the leak was still present after they left. On a second opinion was told, the plumber cracked my soil stack and then attempted to charge a further 5,000 to repair damage. Insurance did not cover any of this, despite repeated assurances that it would. I requested a refund for the additional money paid and received no response at all. In the end, I had to hire another builder to properly fix the leak and repair the cracked soil stack. Only around 3 to 4 hours of work was carried out, yet I was charged for 12 hours. The pricing was completely unjustified for the work done. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and get multiple opinions before proceeding.

Mark came and we discussed the job, opting to go for a megaflow type system retaining my current boiler that was only 24 months old but moving the location. Mark also organised getting a new mains pipe fitted to boost the flow and pressure and get the property working to its maximum potential, this was really important as we intend to put in another bathroom soon. All the guys worked really hard, were tidy, polite and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and will no doubt be calling on him again in future. Thanks Mark, top job

She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, did everything she said she would, handled the local council in a friendly and efficient way and came up with some great plans and alternatives for my limited space. First meeting with Ricki and his team was clear that they had experience to complete the job and we had a good detailed discussion around options. A quote was produced and we had further discussion to refine it, including exploring different layouts and options with each carefully considered and calculated reports completed. The work was carried out very professionally and the installation is very smart. Good communication maintained throughout the works. Site left extremely neat and tidy.
