I hired Robert to remove a radiator and do a boiler service. Rob did a good job and was punctual. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would hire him again.

A pleasure to deal with . Agim and his team worked hard to a very good standard.They often worked later than i would expect so that they were ready to move onto the next stage of the job the following day. Agim was very knowledgeable of all building regulations and was ready to offer me solutions when they were needed. All his team were courteous , polite and also knowledgeable. This was the first time I have used A&B but I would have no hesitation of using them again and recommending them to others.

Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021. I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top notch and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of things along the way, such as grouting and paint colours (which must have been frustrating for them!) they understood the situation, treated me sensitively and re-did things for me just as I requested. I am quite an exacting person and I have had a bad experience with builders in the past so I am a naturally quite a nervous customer - but BT Projects made me feel very, very safe from start to finish. Very good, competitive price too. I will definitely return to this company for other projects in the future and feel lucky to know them. I have also told all my friends about them and sent them all my photos. Tudor Bratu is building a terrific company. He deserves every success and it doesn’t surprise me at all to know that he is in the running for awards. Massive thank you. I am delighted with my beautiful bathroom!

Gordon is a very nice chap and was one of the only architects we spoke to that encouraged us to go for planning permission on a two story project where others told us it would not be possible. Planning was granted and we have Gordon in large part to thank. He also came up with a great suggestion which we had not considered to add a window to the side of our extension to avoid it feeling 'like a box', which we did, and with the project now completed we are very pleased we decided to do so. This was our first building project, and Gordon provided us with some useful advice on finding the right builder too. The only negative experience we had was some measurements were initially incorrect, which led to some stress later on with the structural engineer which could have been avoided. Gordon did however come to the property fairly promptly to re-measure. Overall it was a positive experience and we would consider using Gordon and his team again. Thank you Gordon and Robert.
