I had first point doing a few jobs in my house in June last year, they was exceptional, They laid LTV in my kitchen & halls, painted the kids bedrooms & installed a 4 camera wired CCTV system all in one job, saved me time & aggravation of seeking them separately & money! The cladding was due to start yesterday, Monday 6th of September. In the weekend, I was told they would come do a site visit on Monday instead of starting the job. They came on site yesterday morning and nothing was said about any issues. They said they would start the next day, Tuesday. I got a call at the end of the afternoon (around 5 pm) yesterday to be told suddenly that there are many problems; not levelled portions of frame (which can be easily rectified), no toilet on site (which they knew about - they knew also that the public toilet is only 50 m away), access problems which they also knew about ect... Suddenly a multitude of problems arised! They wanted more money. It is very obvious that they found another job somewhere. I would classify this sort of behaviour simply as not honest. Also expensive- I was quoted £4000 to clad a tiny first-floor(38 m2) . The overall cladding would be 75 m2 in total. Disappointing.

Elton did a first class job of skimming our partition wall, fitting it in the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was punctual, efficient and tidy, and the finish was perfect. His price was also very reasonable. We were very happy with his work and certainly recommend him. Thanks Elton!
