Dmytro was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what we wanted (quite a complicated job with a raised floor and drawers), and produced excellent painstaking work with a terrific finish. He also gave us some really useful advice on other aspects. He worked very quickly, completing a big job on his own in just over a week, and left the place tidy. I will absolutely be calling him when I need carpentry in the future, and I am very happy to recommend him.

Wonderful job done! I’m so pleased with my new patio tiles. Edgar was quick to respond, gave me a good price and managed to get the work done very quickly so we can enjoy the summer holidays. The tiler came early and worked hard all day. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t praise them enough and definitely highly recommend and will use again in future. Thank you Edgar!

Devine Painting quoted against three other firms and we definitely think we made a good decision in choosing them for this contract which was for the external painting of the whole house, including the front door. Jamie and his team were very good and we were very pleased with the result. There are always unforeseen snags and small amendments to an original specification and ours was no exception, but there was good communication and flexibility and the end result more than satisfactory. We would happily endorse the work of Devine Painting and invite them to work for us again.

Danny was great, we stupidly bent the trim for our floor by storing it badly. He came back the next evening with stronger adhesive and finished the job. Would recommend. He did he job well and was very reasonable priced.

T N Flooring were really good and I am very pleased with my new floor beading. Thomas went out of his way to complete the job - having to come over 3 times to quote for the job, deliver the materials and then do the work . He asked me questions throughout the job to make sure the beading was installed exactly where I wanted it and he cleared up any mess/debris ashe went along. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Thomas and T N Flooring. Very reasonably priced too!

Darren comes across as very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Was quick with producing his work, however that is where the good stuff ended. His CAD drawings are basic, he had inaccurate measurements so was in effect drawing us an extension which physically wasn't possible. Every plan was inaccurate, not just one, he couldn't even spell my surname right and then when I kept asking for it to be changed, something else was then done wrong, or he reverted to old plans that we had already agreed were wrong or not the direction we were going in. I had to submit all the applications myself because he had problems with his cut and paste building regulation documents etc - this was resolved by simply renaming the files etc, not rocket science but again something someone who is experienced should know about. When I told him the builders are here and cant build what he has drawn he told me to get proper builders in not incompetent ones. They cannot magically increase the building height by 1m to fit a pitched roof in so had to go back to drawing board and get a flat roof which cost me more money and delays. I refused to pay his outstanding balance of £200 and he threatened me with court, turned up and crept around my road and took sneaky pictures of me in my garden with the new extension and sent them to me even though I outlined my reasons for not paying etc. Not a nice experience so hence my negative review.
