On behalf of my dad I would like to say a big thank you to Carl. After trying to find someone (with no luck) in the Mablethorpe area to fit a ceramic sink in the kitchen, MyBuilder was a last resort. I registered on Tuesday evening, Carl picked up the job on Wednesday, went round and quoted and on Thursday the job was done - what a brilliant service! I would definitely recommend Carl Taylor, he was friendly, efficient and professional and we would have no hesitation in using him again in the future.

I have used Mr Milford's (Trev's) plumbing skills on several occasions recently. Trev was recommended to me by a friend and i found him to be a very knowledgeable kind of guy who thankfully doesn't draw his breath across his teeth and tell me "it's gonna cost ya" whilst rubbing his chin! He helped me sort out the plumbing disaster so that i could sell my last house and it seemed only fit to use him again when i discovered i was to have a plumbing nightmare in my new house. I am currently planning to overhaul my bathroom and when i eventually get round to it Trev will be called upon. A quick description of what Trev sorted: I've had water leaks everywhere, two gas leaks, overflowing header tank, non working thermostat, new radiators fitted and pipework altered, condemned boiler, hob and hot water tank repaired. Hideous 70's gas fire disconnected and removed, i'm sure there's more but thats all that springs to mind. Be warned though, don't leave him alone with your jaffa cakes! Larry Baker

We enlisted the services of Eric to redecorate our complete office/studio. This consisted of an entrance hallway, studio area, meeting area, kitchen and toilets. Eric was very understanding of our need to keep the business operating, and worked out of hours to carry out aspects that would be difficult to complete with staff in the studio. Eric was very clean and professional, we had new flooring in areas of the studio, and lots of equipment which worked around and everything was left as it was found. The work was completed quickly, on time and budget, and to a high standard. The prep and finish was perfect, and nothing was too much trouble, as a design agency we can be picky!! We would happily recommend Eric to others and will certainly use him again for future works at the studio as well as on our own personal properties.
