Lee came to view the job quickly, put together a good quote and arranged to come in reasonable time. He’s done a good job and tidied up after himself too. Lee has also made efforts to keep in touch, messaging me the day before to confirm the schedule of work. Darryl was excellent from start to end, fault him one bit, said he would come out and was prompt on time in short notice, easy to speak to very personable nice bloke, very helpful in diagnosing the fault, the job couldn’t go ahead to the end due to my personal circumstances but would use him again no problems at all, would recommend him to everyone.

I'll start by saying i very rarely write reviews but I couldn't rate Saxon-Wells highly enough. Everything they did for us was completed in such a professional manner and with the up most care and quality. We had a garage converting into a utility room, downstairs WC and a hallway, a single extension to join original house and then walls taken out to make a big family room. Everything was done through Saxon-Wells, including the kitchen fitting, boiler moving, flooring and all wood work, etc From the very first meeting to price the job to the last piece of skirting board going down, they have completely transformed our house in to an amazing family home. I originally planned to do some of the easier work myself but for speed and quality and a more than fair price we had them do all the work. I think the sign of real quality is when things take an unexpected turn, like with any project of this size, things don't always go to plan but Saxon-Wells solved it every time amd they didn't use it as an opportunity to push the price up, they were always honest and upfront and gave their professional and personal opinions to help. We have 2 children and a dog running around the house, both Danny and Craig were always very polite and friendly to all of us, keeping the site clean and safe at all times. I really couldn't rate them highly enough. I'll be getting any future work done through Saxon-Wells and I will be recommending them to friends and family Thank you both
