Luan Zenela worked on my friend’s outbuilding and did a great job there. A little while later I contracted his services to transform our dilapidated and leaking shed into a small office for a competitive price. He did a fantastic job and I love working in my little she-shed! He’s a really affable and dependable character and comes with bags of experience: He was a senior site manager/foreman for a high-end garden room company for 15 years. Would highly recommend.

I needed the work done quickly as a tread on my outsides stairs was rotten. Henri quoted for the job and it was completed the next day. The work was completed in a professional manner and I found Henri pleasant to deal with. He and his man brought all materials and tools which was very helpful. They left my property neat and clean after doing the work. I would hire Henri again should I need any further work doing.

Very happy with my garden! John came out quickly to provide a quote and was able to get the job done smoothly and efficiently. I had my fencing and paving redone, and the team removed everything, taking all the rubbish with them. The new fencing with concrete posts looks fantastic, and they were happy to work with me on any issues or adjustments along the way. The paving also turned out great. Overall, I’m really pleased with the finished result and would recommend.

Nigel responded to our post and came over the next day to give us a quote. Upon looking at the job he gave us a very reasonable quote and he also helped us to purchase all the materials at a cracking price. He started the job on time and finished on time as well. We weren't home most of the days and left the back door open for him, he turned up, cracked on and tidied up after himself. In terms of the quality of his work, both my wife and I were very pleased, we wanted the decking area to be done to a high standard as our 19 month old will be playing on it and the finish was excellent. Nigel is very skilled and professional and we will certainly be asking him to do more work for us. We highly recommend him to the MyBuilder community!

Tomasz is one of the best tradesman we've ever dealt with. He's very professional, honest and reasonable with his pricing. We intially wanted him to fit a new kitchen and a bathroom, but he was so good, we asked him for a full house renovation. He completed kitchen, bathroom, cloak room removal and fitting and plumbing. Knocked down a wall, plastered walls, built an ensuite, fitted flooring (wood and tiling), fitted ceiling (previous one had to be removed professionally because of asbestos) but he happily fitted all our ceilings back. Transformed our stairs and fitted all our doors, including our main door. There isn't a task Tomasz can't do professionally, if he can't he will tell you and has a list of other trusted tradesmen. I can definitely recommend him and will hire him again for any work that needs doing. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends for various jobs. He is keen on finishing a job 100 percent and to our satisfaction. We blindly trust him. Thank you Tomasz!

I used this builder to renovate a 2 bedroom apartment in a Grade 2 listed building which had last been renovated over 20 years ago, to a very poor standard. The brief was to strip the place right back to bare walls and floors, and start again, using my plans/ ideas. The work was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, well above the standard of work done by builders I have used in the past, and it was completed, despite building challenges, within the expected time frame. This builder and his team were absolute perfectionists and they were never prepared to provide a 'second best' solution to problems they met, as the renovation proceeded. I highly recommend this builder, and his very competent team, to any private home owner, to architects, and to contractors who specialise in both renovations and in new developments.
