I had a very poor experience with this contractor and would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before paying substantial sums in advance. I paid £3,672 by bank transfer following an invoice for the supply of structural steelwork. There were significant delays and communication issues, and the steel was not supplied to me as agreed. After giving him opportunities and clear deadlines to resolve the situation, I terminated the agreement and had to make alternative arrangements to keep my project moving. Most concerningly, despite my requests, the £3,672 I paid has still not been refunded as of the date of this review, and I am now pursuing the matter formally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. I would advise anyone considering using his services to be extremely cautious about making advance payments. I will update this review if my £3,672 is returned.

Very pleased with the job Peter had done. No issues just completed within a couple of hours and the price quoted was a fair price not over the top. I would recommend him and will be using him again

This service provider was very quick to respond to my request and came and fixed one of the toilets so that there was one working toilet. He then made himself available for fitting a brand new toilet a couple of weeks later. The new toilet did not quite fit into the space where the current toilet was but the service provider ensured that it fitted. As there were two separate visits the job was expensive but there was nothing to be done about that as one of the toilets needed replacing and I did not have a toilet available to fit at the time the service provider visited the property.

Pete was absolutely fantastic from the initial contact through to the job being completed. He was able to provide an in-person quote at short notice (and a very reasonable rate), and within the week had completed the plaster boarding and plastering required to an excellent standard. On top of that, he's a lovely bloke and you can tell he takes his work very seriously and holds himself to a very high standard. Would absolutely recommend and MO Plastering Services to anyone.
