Miguel did a great job at a good price and was extremely helpful, both with very useful advice – which we followed – and by picking up for us material we had ordered that we would otherwise have hired a van to fetch. The jobs he did for us, including flooring and fitting a new window, were perfect and quickly done. He cleaned up so well that after he had gone only a transformed kitchen and shower room showed he had been there.

We hired Ivan to fit our 8 internal oak doors . We are very pleased with his attitude to work and the outcome, he is a very skilled and experience carpenter. When presented with challenges- Ivan handled them with a calm manner . No request was too much for him. We would highly recommend him to anyone and would certainly use his services again in the future.

I highly recommend Sohail Faisal of Samz Construction Services Ltd. We chose Sohail's company to complete our Hip to Gable with Rear Dormer Loft Conversion in Guildford and we are delighted with the work. The job was completed to a high standard, within the expected timescale and on budget. Sohail's communication throughout is excellent, taking time to explain what work will be completed on which days, what is involved and how many people will be attending on which days to complete the work. Sohail also let me know exactly when deliveries of materials were arriving and when the skips would be collected etc. Sohail's team of builders are all very friendly, polite, and respectful and do a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. In terms of price and payment schedule, this was fair and efficient. Sohail has a payment schedule that works really well - invoicing for staggered payments at certain points, i.e. on delivery of materials, then when the building inspector signs off the first job etc. this makes you feel at ease with the job and confident that everything is always on track. All around I am really happy with the project and have no doubts about recommending Sohail to family and friends - I have already asked Sohail to quote on my next project.

Great service from Marcin and Exquisite Interiors London Ltd. Super communication from start to finish - phone calls, SMS - to plan, schedule and update. Very polite and friendly professional to work with on painting and decoration, even dealing flexibly and with advice on some changes we made midway through the job. Three of our doors underwent several coats of primer and finishing paint split over a day and a half. The work was neat, clean and tidy, with good starting and finishing times each day. I would approach Marcin directly in the future for other painting and decorating jobs throughout the house. Jon

They did a fantastic job. They sorted the small leak coming from the compression on the inlet pipe and also opened some isolation valves that were closed. Now the issues have been resolved and we are very happy. They are lovely and polite ladies. We will definitely use them again.
