For a large part of my working life, I worked as an architectural designer in the former Yugoslavia, and later in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Croatia. During the wars in the former Yugoslavia, I came to Great Britain where I was granted citizenship and where I studied Business and Management, and then Internet Design and Programming. After completing my education I was an assistant and then a lecturer at the Microtech College. Then I returned to Croatia and started a private business in the design, construction and maintenance of residential houses and gained a lot of knowledge and experience related to their maintenance, including decoration in terms of plastering and painting walls as well as doors and windows.

A general handyman with 20+ years in DIY and professional trades including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. I have installed my own kitchen and bathroom without a single tradesperson doing anything (other than inspecting and signing off electrical works)! I'm here as a handyman and have only mentioned these accolaids so you can grasp my level of competency. I am not a kitchen or bathroom fitter by trade, hence why I'm not adversing as such. However, if I can and have done both of these then you can rest assured I can hang your TV, curtain poles and build your wardrobe and furniture without any issues.
