I need to be Honest to warn others. I’m very disappointed with result and I would remove it all and start again but I don’t have time. it’s certainly not a tiling job to admire. His quote was not the cheapest nor quickest, but I didn’t want speed, I wanted quality. It was a bad mistake. Ali is an amateur and does not know the trade. Many cuts are not accurate, tiles are set to different depths accentuated by wall lighting and one wall is random tile pattern. See pics. Terrible to look at.

Silviu is extremely hardworking, honest and takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail is outstanding and he made sure every part of the job was completed to a very high standard. He was always reliable, professional, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the project. Asad did a great job, he fixed the hot water pressure problem, by cleaning up filter and serviced the boiler. In addition he came back did gas safe and EPC certificate for me. All in all, excellent communication and good service. Highly recommend.

Anthony was great from start to finish. We were looking for someone to prep and paint our front-door/frame. He quoted on the job and arranged for a date to come in that worked for both of us. We love the final result of his work. Furthermore, he always kept me in the loop as to what the next steps were and he did more than was expected of him such as provide advice and doing a few small snagging bits. This was greatly appreciated. We're definitely going to use Anthony again in the future. If you are looking for a reliable and great decorator at a reasonable price then look no further.

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

A family company who actually do what they promise, and stick to honest quote with a few additional cost since I realised it was needed due to wear and tear and rotten wood 3 days of work, 5 men did a full refurbishment of my terrace house roof I was updated all through the job with photos and videos.
