The tradesman kept in touch from the start, responded promptly to my advert and then called to see if he could be of any help. Talked about the job and then came to see what we needed doing. This helped us to see who is was and speak to him. We agreed the price and the start date. On the day he started he contacted us again to confirm the time he would be on site. His work was first class and he asked and made sure what he was doing then worked like a trojan. I would recommend him to anyone. He left the place clean and tidy when he had finished his work. Payment was easy as he wanted paying when he was finished. Top class carpenter with all the correct kit.

I am so pleased with the work done by Andrew and his colleague. They worked hard, were flexible and helped with extra requests from me. They were both very cheerful and the result is fantastic. I could not have achieved this landscaping work on my own so I am very grateful for their help. Highly recommended

Restoration & Refurbishment- 20 Sep 2016
Steve and his team were an absolute asset at the start of the project. His attention to detail and numerous suggestions were very much appreciated. All of the work carried out was exceptional. Steve is personable and it has been a difficult for me to leave negative feedback. The standard of work I received in the latter stage of the project was mediocre at best. I know Steve is passionate about wanting to rectify all issues but is incapable of delivering. Certain issues I was happy to overlook such as him deciding to change my chosen kitchen without discussion with me, ordering grey radiator instead of black, ordering victorian style taps for bathroom when I had provided details of the modern taps I wanted and being told I owed an additional 10k because my previous payments had not been accounted for. In November 2015 I was told all extensive works would be complete in April 2016. Endless failed deadlines and poor communication has meant the work has not been completed in October 2016. Faulty electrical wiring, damp, missing carpentry, spilt paint on furniture and new flooring, miss matched plug sockets (originally put in wrong position) are just a few of the outstanding issues. Approx 6 deadlines have been given to rectify but there is no attempt to complete. I have spent 55k with Steve and have been left to resolve these issues at my own expense.

Garden Maintenance- 20 May 2024
I was left in a complete state of shock at what the wonderful Roni and co achieved in the space of five hours at a rental property I manage in Cheltenham. After years of neglect by students it was a complete bombsite. Overgrown, full of rubbish and weeds. Not any more!! By the afternoon the garden was completely cleared and all rubbish removed…..and a new closed board fence running along one side. Roni was so helpful and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I really couldn’t recommend him more highly……not just for what he achieved but also for being such a pleasure to deal with. If you need landscaping done…..look no further than RA Landscaping, you definitely won’t regret it!!!

Unfortunately Jamie never turned up! First time he said his van was broken into, second time he couldn't borrow any tools, third time his new order of tools didn't turnup, then he said he would come on a Friday but phoned to say he had a job to finish and would come in the afternoon - didn't come, I phoned 7 times and had no answer or reply. Since, he has not contacted me and I have given up on him - totally unreliable and dreadful at communication

Hard Flooring- 3 Jan 2023
I hired Mirjet to initially do refurbishment on a parquet flooring in a living room and change the floor in the hallway from parquet to tiles. However, I changed my mind about 4 times and ended up changing the floor in the whole apprtment including laying new engineered wood in the bedrooms and tiles in the hallway. Also, additional work emerged as putting mosaic tiled wall in the living room, painting the walls, refurbishing the interior doors, skirting etc. I don't have enough postitve words to express my satisfaction with the work done by Mirjet, his professionalism, enthusiasm and the way he put up with my changing requests on the fly. He handled every request to the highest standard, always advising on what is better, what is posiible and what might be the negative outcomes of my ideas. I highly recommend Mirjet especially if You are not skilled or educated in the field, as he will advise/recommend the best way/materials to achieve what You have in mind. His pricing is competitive and well worth the effort/quaility he puts in. His work ethics, accuracy and punctuality are immaculate. ONE BIG THANK YOU Mirjet.

Carpentry- 22 Oct 2026
It started well until he started ignoring our calls after saying he will check his diary. A job that was supposedly a few hours with 3 members of staff turned into 2+ days and waiting. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and disrespect. If a job cannot be completed it’s better you tell the customers rather than making them feel like they are being scammed. Open energy drink cans left k. The room and other rubbish. we were told that rubbish would also be removed and there are old skirtings sitting on our front lawn, dust everywhere in the bedrooms as well as the walls and window ceil and we have now bagged up the rubbish ourself. Skirting chunks are missing and have been poorly cut. Similarly, still no response to any of our phone calls or messages. VERY disappointed as he seemed like a genuine person…clearly not.
