The work was done on time and no more than quoted. The guys were professional and although it was an empty property it was treated with respect and we were advised and consulted throughout the process. Plasterer, joiner electrician were all brought in to do their relevant jobs. Great job, reasonable quote and clean tidy work; would get these guys in again

Several leaks in roof of tenanted property, including around dormer. Repairs carried out quickly and efficiently. One leak was a nuisance, tricky to find, only leaked sometimes - depending on the direction of the wind ??? (I hate roofs) Stephen and Glen were excellent and came back and hit it sorted. Have already used them again on another property and recommended them to a managing agent. Nice guys to deal with

We are extremely disappointed with Daniel. Initially communication was good and Daniel seemed pleasant. He said he could do the work we asked for and we agreed a price. We were quite happy at this stage and were just waiting for Daniel to make arrangements with his contracts manager as to when he could begin the work. Sadly, this is the last contact we had with Daniel, despite sending him messages on various media. Needless to say we are very unhappy and disappointed and feel completely let down. He didn’t even have the courtesy to reply. We’ve now had the work done by someone else who did a great job and didn’t let us down. We will not use ‘My Builder’ site again after this complete let down; it doesn’t reflect well on your website.

AMAZING!! Highly recommended!!! John and his team were friendly polite and courteous. John listened carefully to our requirements (there were many!) and the result was beyond our expectations, also very reasonably priced, using quality materials. He kept us up to date with the purchase of materials/a start date (without me nagging for any info). If there was a change to the plan, he kept us fully informed at all times. John also acted as a go between with our (more than difficult) neighbour and somehow kept us both happy (which was a feat in itself! Well done John!). If you find yourself unhappy with this man’s work, it’s because you never told him there was an issue, he simply couldn’t do enough for us and bent over backwards…. mind reading is not in his skill set. Thank you John we are so glad we picked you!

They were hired to re-install 3 rads that had been removed for decoraring purposes by my shower fitter, finish some grouting in the main bathroom and add trim to the top of the tiling. I of the 3 rads has leaked already 3 times. I was told they would come fix it first thing this morning. No sign of them. The standard of cleanliness and sloppiness of the grouting in areas is terrible. I have pics. They never started the trim despite being paid in full as appararently in 2023 they cannot find anything suitable! I was told I would be given some reimbursement, again this has not happened.

Work was all completed to an excellent standard. The team were onsite, on time everyday. They were very professional, polite, clean and tidy. They offered solutions to issues that cropped up during the job and the finished job is absolutely fantastic. The job, included removing the bathroom suite, removing tiles from the walls. Replumbing for a change of position for the bath and plumbing for a new walk in shower. Replastering walls, tiling and then fitting a new bath, walk in shower, toilet and sink. Very happy to recommend, and will definately be using the guys again when it is time to remodel an ensuite.
