Mat responded to my ad on day 1 and came immediately to give a quote. He discussed options and what he felt the problem was in clear terms that we could understand. He took our special needs/requirements into the quote. The quote was provide in writing and was detailed and clear. They showed up when they said they would and were kind, pleasant, hard working and treated us with respect. We have another couple of jobs that are less urgent that we have discussed already with Mat and have asked him to quote for one of them and the other later in the year. Work is guaranteed and clearly so on the invoice. Mat seems to be very efficient sending us updated invoices when we paid the deposit and again when we cleared the balance. We were very impressed and would recommend Mat and his team.

Whole tree and stump removed very quickly (1½ hours start to finish!). Logs and chippings left as requested and all other debris taken away. Very professional and would recommend.

Delighted! Roy listened to exactly what I wanted,communicated very well with me and the finish was first class. Roy worked through storm Ciara then storm Dennis in the wind and rain, started 8am every morning , was very professional,tidy and polite too. I won't use any other builder now. Rhys from Nash plumbing (came over to Ryde where I had recently moved — I needed a plumber to connect my washer dryer for me ) • Rhys was extremely polite- kept me informed when he was to arrive. Job was done quick and well. Explained what he was doing. • Rhys made sure there were no leaks etc. put everything back to the way it was. Shane and his men did a great job on about 8m of new concrete post fencing in my back garden. They were done in a matter of hours and cleaned up took everything away for me, will be definitely be recommending him to friends and family. The price was also very good, he really knew exactly what he was doing too. Hopefully will have him again to do the rest of my fencing in the autumn!
