Jeffery was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed my lead flashing around my chimney and fixed a previous "bodge" job in one of my roof valleys, to a what I consider, a very high standard. He also took away all the rubbish and left it very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and will be making use of his roofing services when I need them

This was a complicated bathroom which we had designed and sourced a lot of the materials for. Dan and his team were good to have around, tidy and courteous. THe following, however is offered as constructive feedback: We did experience a lack of clarity and communication at times and not everything went to plan. Whilst this isn't uncommon, we didn't think Dan always understood what we wanted or gave us sufficient advice on material deadlines. However the end result was good and we are really enjoying the new bathroom. At the end of the job, several promises were made about coming back to finish small things off, including changing a radiator in our daughters room and most important fixing and routing an expansion pipe from a hot water cylinder (which DC Heating had not put in). This was not on the original spec, but had been requested by us at an early stage in the project. In the end DC Heating declined to do anything that wasn't in the original spec, so anyone reading this needs to be aware of the importance, with this firm at least, at getting everything 100% right in the original spec and quote supplied and clarity over costings of any changes and/or extras.
