Bought a new kitchen tap from Screwfix. Silverline were punctual and fitted the new tap. However after Siverline left the tap started leaking from the spout. It was clearly a faulty tap. The situation was made worse by Screwfix who, whilst agreeing to change the tap, nonetheless refused to compensate me for having to call Siverline back. I called Silverline to arrange for them to return to take the faulty tap out so I could return it to Screwfix to get a replacement. However Silverline refused to engage with the job. Very disappointed.

Lovely job in my downstairs toilet, Kevin came out the same day as my post and give me a price and was here the day after as agreed and has done an amazing job, I am over the moon, my downstairs toilet is usable once again, it was in such an awful condition and now is wonderful. Such a lovely person, friendly, so easy to have a conversation with, will be contacting again for future work. 😃😃

Can't recommend them enough. They were everything you'd want from tradesmen. Project Scope: re-felt, batten and slate a large (leaking) bungalow roof and replace a bodged rubber roof that was leaking with fibreglass as well as replacing and adding new velux windows. Prompt, on time, kept you in the loop, clean and tidy and their work is to a very high standard. When we asked for a few extras (two more veluxes that weren't on the original quote) they were very understanding and adapted to the changes without any hesitation or grumbling. When discussing the quote they gave us a thorough breakdown which ended up being spot on. I asked specifically for a 'turn key' price as I've had no end of issues getting in materials and other bits and bobs for projects in the past. When I say I didn't have to lift a finger I really mean it. A skip arrived a few days prior to the work beginning. Scaffolding turned up, as did all the materials. The rubbish was swept up every day and put into the skip or taken with them. (No empty crisp packets & mars bars floating around on this project!). The project did not run over on cost, nor did it on time (given Welsh weather that was a miracle in itself). They also rectified a few blunders from a previous roofer and didn't charge as they like to see a job well done. Not sure what else I can say other than A*, would highly recommend and will for sure be having them come back for any other roofing related work in the future.

Jason stepped in after being let down by another gas engineer to do three gas safety certs. I would highly recommend him - good communication, personable and thorough. He really knows his stuff and I will be asking him again for any gas & heating work that comes up in the future. A lovely guy to work with.

We are so pleased with our new windows and double front doors. We have had lovely comments from our neighbours. The fitters were tremendous, obliging and fantastic quality of workmanship.
