Most of work at the moment consists of maintenance for landlords. All our work is to the highest standard with experienced trades seeing every project to the end. I maintain over 140 properties in the Plymouth area alone and have pictures and references to show the quality of service and work we do. I am a qualified damp surveyor with over 30 years experience in damp, water restoration and ventilation in all types of buildings. We charge a set fee of £60 + VAT to complete a full house survey with recommendations and costs to implement in the Cornwall and Devon Area. If you proceed with any works with us we refund this report in full.
