Very knowledgeable, did not shy away from a collection of snagging jobs following a house refurb, worked in a timely manner, made sure to clean up after the job, went above and beyond. I completely lost faith in builders but Robert has totally restored it. I contracted him to do a hand rail and stairs, his level of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail has meant that he has was given tasks to fit my engineered wood floor, skirting, doors and architraves for my entire house. I have since also added fitting my kitchen to the list and designing fittings for storage under my stair case and front room. I would highly Robert to my friends, family and to you because he is a man of his word and he takes pride in doing excellent work. He is one I believe of very few in his trade that places himself in the shoes of his clients.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Tim Jones and his son Sam, who make up the team at Tim Jones Joinery. Tim came to visit us and discuss the works. It was evident from the offset that he was experienced and capable as he made suggestions about style and logistics of the job. He provided a quote that was comparable to the others I received, but I'd been convinced by his manner and professionalism that he should do the job. Sam came in some days later to begin. He carried out the work as described with a precision to detail throughout his work and confronts challenges that are presented with logic as they arise, always with the ultimate goal of leaving a high class finish. He is clean, tidying each day before leaving for the day, and always with a discussion about what is the intended aim for the next day, as well as a start time and projected finish time. I felt in control, communicated with and like I was dealing with absolute professionals. Having had a large redesign last summer in our home I have had a great number of tradesmen through my home and can say that few match the workmanship and professionalism of Tim Jones Joinery.

Alex and his team have done an incredible job with a keen attention to detail and have delivered a high quality finish. We have had a single storey extension, new utility and kitchen done, with some challenging structural work. Alex networked well with our architect and sourced a very professional engineer who tweeked our plans. He coordinated a team of builders who are professional, timely and hardworking. No gimmicks, or builders jargon about what stuff cost , just upfront honesty. The team was also acutely aware of the disruptive impact of the build on neighbours and ourselves and mitigated against that through resourcefulness. Alex is a problem solver which is what you want if you are busy with no time to micromanage. The big plus is that everying is done inhouse from structural work to electrics and plumbing. I cant speak more highly of reliable builders, we had to wait a few months for their availability but it was well worth it! Thanks
