Frames and linings. g) Existing door-lining/ frame adjustment: £25-£50 h) New door-lining/ frame fitting: i) Internal door lining £60 ii) External door frame £300 iii) Fire rated frame £150-300 iv) Install new fire-rated frame to an existing firedoor £300 i) Dispose of old doors: (towards the cost of recycle centre fees: £8.00 each door £2.00 each door lining/ frame per single door. j) Skirting board and architrave fitting: £4-6 per meter My guarantee: Customer satisfaction. I will touch up any of my work that requires it. For example, new doors are kept bone dry in the warehouse and may swell when fitted into their new home due to the natural humidity in the air, this can cause issues with opening & closing the door within 2 weeks of fitting. This is a natural occurrence and not an error in the fitting. I would simply re-adjust the frame/ or the door once it has tuned to its new climate. There is no additional charge for this adjustment.
