The job was completed within a nice time The only thing was that £230 was agreed and then when he arrived he had a second person to help so increased the price to £300 as now 2 people needed to be paid apparently but we mutually agreed at £250 (£20 more than the agreed price) Overall a decent job for the price

Glad we didn't hire him. After agreeing on a price for loft conversion and back extension, Mr Rattan kept increasing the price by referring to minor things. Like charging extra for plate that goes on steel. First day when he turned up, he demanded that owner should provide tea and snack for his labour every day. Also he was not ready to include the agreed price on the contract (as he was sub contracting the job to someone else). Glad we cancelled him and hired another builder in his place. I have evidence of all communication I had with him, incase anyone wants it. I would avoid him at all cost.

Grazvydas was excellent. He took the time to get the project right for us and deliver exactly what we wanted within the initial budget that we agreed. He did such a good job with our wardrobes that he ended up doing the bookcases as well. During the whole process he was easy to communicate with and gave us a number of options. We would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Rainblue Ltd. Ivo provided a detailed written quote for the requested work, which was to fully decorate a lounge and dining room, at a very reasonable price. After accepting the quote we agreed a start day and time and this was adhered to. Ivo worked very hard and was always polite and considerate. We are very pleased with the quality of the work with the decorating completed with a professional finish and exactly as agreed in the initial quote. The house was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Rainblue Ltd. again in the future.
