Dave was very polite and friendly and we were generally happy with the work. However after the job was finished we did notice a few bits of wallpaper pealing off, so I think he rushed the job a bit.

Bryan and his team have done a great job, transforming an ordinary concrete floor in the main feature of the house. We were using a specific concrete which is not quite common but they were able to achieve a top result. Highly recommend.

The work required replacement of an existing concealed concentric shower valve in the bathroom. Xjavier explained the replacement options and difficulties with the current layout in particular the future maintenance should there be another breakdown. I was shown many examples of allied plumbing workmanship and excellent finishing. Xjavier also gave examples of the new shower type. The work including replacement of tiles and full reinstatement and use of the new but now exposed luxury mixer shower was completed the following day with little rest and completely tidily. Everything was cleared away as if there had not been a visit. I could not have wished for more. Xjavier is very knowledgeable, well mannered and a credit to his plumbing and heating profession. There would be no hesitation to seek his quality services again in the future

Conversions - General- 6 Feb 2019
Cris and his team have been fantastic to work with throughout the project. The job was more complex than originally anticipated (rearranging wooden joists, reinforcing ceiling + skimming, painting to free up some space in the loft conversion) but Cris worked hard to keep the costs down and always came up with creative solutions. He dealt very effectively with Building Control by providing detailed drawing and sketches as required. He was very responsive and flexible to incorporate BC's guidance. I am also very happy about the quality of the work performed. His crew is experienced, easy to deal with and delivered top notch work. I couldn't recommend more Cris Construction. Crid will definitely be the first builder on my list for my next project.

Bush builders did a great job replacing a ceiling in our house along with adding extra joists and insulating. Their professionalism was evident from our initial meeting which was further backed up with the competitive quote they provided and the extra care they took to make sure we had the right type of sheep's wool insulation for the job. It only took a few days to do the whole thing and they left the room as clean as possible after such a messy job.

Firoj and his team renovated a bathroom for me in March 2015. He gave me a fixed cost for his labour and what turned out to be a very accurate estimated cost for all the parts/materials at the outset. He also gave me a completion time of 9 days with 1 extra day for 'spillovers' and 'unforseen delays'. He finished the job at exactly 9 days and still came around on the 10th day to see how everything was working. The quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He attention to detail was admirable, as was his commitment to delivering a finished product that would last several years. This focus on detail and longevity is something that really sets Firoj apart from other builders, who often see such jobs as just another task to be completed before moving onto the next job. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Several months later my bathroom still looks great and everything works.
