Patrick and his gang have a competitive quote for the work described and we hired him on that basis. As soon as we hired him he stated he had underquoted and asked if we could possibly pay a bit more. We were a bit surprised but we agreed provided we would get a good job. The job went ahead and it was completed to nothing more than a reasonable standard. The fencing was excellent but the flagging left a lot to be desired for supposed groundworkers. We did pay Patrick in full but it was only when it rained we realised our mistake. Water gathered all down the side return of the property in a large pool. We contacted Patrick and he came back to look. He then agreed to fix the area he felt responsible for but not what he was actually responsible for. Again we accepted and he promised he would be in touch. Of course we never heard from him for some time until he finally contacted us to say it would be better if we found someone & he would give us £100 towards the materials. We had no choice. We have now finally had it fixed and Patrick has gone missing. No contact, no £100 and no repair. I wouldn't recommend these groundworkers.

Polite, professional and punctual. Alin and his colleague Constantin removed a stud wall and replaced it with a new better stud wall. They also did some plastering and fitted a new door for under stairs cupboard. Great team and nice chaps to work with.

I hired Mark to build my hip to gable loft conversion and I'm completely blown away with the outcome. I now have a beautiful bedroom with ensuite. From start to finish Mark and his small team have been nothing but hardworking, reliable, professional and trustworthy. Mark communicated everything efficiently and took pride in his work He respected my home, always cleaning up at the end of the day. I can honestly say Mark and his team are exceptional builders. Due to covid-19 the job started to slow down as a result of building merchants being closed, however Mark was still motivated and committed to complete my job and went above and beyond to source materials elsewhere. I would without a doubt reccomend Mark to anyone who wants a professional builder. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the end product. Best builder I've ever hired!

Replace a fuse box, install a new extractor fun and a complicated electric shower wiring. Mason is truly an electrician who surely knows his trade. In the end due to some complications with scheduling over the Christmas break, I was unable to proceed with the job (completely my fault due to an ongoing property purchase). However Voyt was extremely pleasant to transact with , was knowledgeable on flooring and you could tell he knew what he was talking about ! Also very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently hired Grande Construct Ltd to find and fix a leak, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Although the company was new on MyBuilder and I was a bit worried at first, they quickly proved themselves to be reliable and highly professional. They located the issue and solved it within 2 hours, which was much faster than I expected. Their price was also more affordable than other competitors, which was a great bonus. The team worked cleanly and efficiently, leaving everything tidy once the job was done. Overall, an excellent, stress-free experience.
