Absolutely delighted with the work Alexander completed for me this week, just 6 days after we first spoke! He is clearly knowledgeable, took the time to give advice, and carried out works to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He responds quickly to queries and kept in touch throughout the job. Worked on to get my log burner installed even after discovering problems with my chimney. Really pleased, and discussed further works on my house for later in the year. Can't recommend highly enough. MyBuilder can be a gamble at times, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

The work from Lucas was first class. Lucas had a clear understanding of what the job required, and delivered the finished product to an extremely high standard. Nothing was too much effort. Lucas was extremely professional throughout all our communication and during the work itself. At the end of the job, Lucas and his team cleaned down the entire work area, and left the area immaculately clean. Nothing was too much effort, and Lucas was extremely flexible in his approach to the work. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lucas and Uniq Wet Wall. Michael done an excellent job. I asked him to paint my 100 year old wooden window frames, and he took great care with sanding, filling and painting and now they look as good as new. He is also a lovely person. Very friendly, polite and reliable. I have already asked him to complete more repairs and odd-jobs around the house and would not hesitate to recommend him. Fantastic job done with a smile for a very reasonable price.

After being quoted a similar cost from a few different decorators we chose Adam as he had his schedule free for our required dates and had come to assess the room and explain all steps required to complete the job. Overall the main walls were well finished. Old paper stripped, any damage repaired, walls re lined and painted in the coloring of our choice. Some small blemishes and debris trapped under the paper but not really noticeable unless closely examining the walls. The finishing details however needed attention. The white skirting board has a lot of fine paint splatter from the wall color and there were smears of paint as well . Any cutting in where the color met the white could have been much cleaner if the correct time and preparation had been taken. Adam was friendly, trustworthy and showed up early each day to carry out the work. He was professional and offered to come back and rectify the issues as best as possible. In the future more attention to detail should be taken
