5 Stars – Excellent Work! Daren did an outstanding job with multiple installations in my home. He mounted my TV perfectly on the wall, installed a new bathroom shower along with a shower screen and mirror, and even fitted a ceiling light. His attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency were impressive. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was secure and well-fitted. After some delay due to rain and Mark's busy schedule( but he always contacted us to advise us what is happening), Mark and his team did the work today. He explained what needed doing at his survey visit and also today before he commenced which I found most helpful. He did a good job and went the extra mile in fixing a couple of tasks not in his quote which is very much appreciated. I would certainly use him again. In fact, while he was up cleaning the gutters, he observed the chimney needed re-pointing at sometime plus some flashing needed replacing so I have asked him to quote for these. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Once Paul was shortlisted, he contacted me to find out more about the job. From there, we agreed a time for him to come and provide me with a quote and ascertain some more details. Once Paul came round to see the project, he provided me with a quote which i felt was fairly priced and agreed for him to do the project. We arranged a time and date for Paul to start the work. I had to call Paul a few times before the start date to ask a few questions and change the start time, but nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul arrived promptly, with essential tools and was ready to start work. Once Paul had completed the job, he asked me to come and see it and confirm it was to my satisfaction, which it was. Paul cleaned up and removed all rubbish and left the area as clean and tidy as he found it. Paul even gave advice on other issues i had questions about which were not related to the job he was being paid for. Paul was well mannered, highly professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and kind. It was a pleasure to hire Paul and i would strongly recommend him for future projects.

I'm very pleased with the repair that Jack carried out on my garden wall. Even though it was a small job he took the time to do it properly and ensured the bricks that had fallen down were put back straight. It started raining a little on the day causing the cement to run. Jack returned a couple of days later to tidy it up like he said he would. On inspecting the wall today I noticed that the cement on the bricks on the inside of the wall did not look as neat as how it looks on the outside of the wall. Maybe the rain caused the cement to run too much, I don't know. Overall I am pleased though and I've asked Jack to quote for another job.
