Previously hired builders to install new fences and lay patio. The work was half complete, and 3 - 4 day work ended up a few weeks. Tom whom kindly visited for a free quote within 20 minutes from the initial phone call (Saturday afternoon). Tom had immediately identified the issues of the current work such as: Fence/posts were not level, patio slabs were not laid correctly as the base was not strong enough (laid on gravel, and over 150 mm of sand), the fall was too steep, and patio laid just a few mm below DPC. Tom explained the contract in detail, and sourced only sufficient material required to minimise costs, advised full payment once the job was complete within a few days, and to customer satisfaction. Tom and his team started work the following Tuesday from 08:00, easily removed the sandstone slabs, cleaned them thoroughly. Laid MOT Type 1 base, flattened then installed slabs. Uneven, loose fences were secured, including a small gap between posts in the corner of garden, and levelled remaining fences. Removed all rubbish, previous rubble left behind, even washed/cleaned the front side of the garden. Tom had also kindly installed a concrete base for my solid shed which i'll be building in a few weeks. Overall, Tom was honest, trustworthy and advised on material for shed, garden gate and how to care for patio i.e sealing etc. Family and friends were delighted, and impressed with the work. I highly recommend Tom, will be calling again for driveway install.

We hired Peters Heritage Lime to repair and render a couple of walls and repair cracks in brickwork. We also needed some drainage put in near the rendered wall and Connor did it all to highest standards. I will hire again if I need more work of this character done.

Exceptional job done in tiling my kitchen, very neat and flawless tiling, he proposed solutions to tiling in tricky areas that I wouldn’t have thought of. The end result was perfect and really brought the kitchen to life. After having a bad experience tiling elsewhere Daniel was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend with reasonable pricing.

I highly recommend Jay. Faultless work delivered to time and high quality. The added bonus is Jay sourced and managed other tradespeople we needed for the job - a plasterer, decorator and electrician, which really made the whole job really easy for us. Brilliant communication thought too (we were away on holiday while the job was done).
