Harry delayed my job for a week due to injury - I was happy to wait. The week before he was due to turn up I contacted him to confirm arrangements. I also double checked the day before and we agreed a start time. Come the day he didn't turn up and didn't respond to my 3 calls or any of my 3 texts. 4 days on I've not heard from him and have now found someone more reliable. As he was a no show I can't comment on whether or not he's good at what he does.

We had previously used Robert to change our old boiler system to a new combi boiler system, and also used him to change and move some radiators in some rooms we were renovating. So when we decided to redo our bathroom Robert was the obvious choice. He did an excellent job. Firstly during the quoting phase he gave us numerous options and recommendations regarding the type of fittings that would work in the bathroom space, and then gave us options on dates that would best suit us to be without the use of the bathroom. During the work, Robert always arrived when best suited for us, in our case before we went on the school run early in the morning. Robert also always made sure we had a toilet available for use during the work, which made the time a lot easier. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the bathroom is so much better than we had before. We would definitely use Robert for more plumbing and heating work, and would definitely recommend him to others.

The installation specialist and Engineer who came were very thorough in explaining etc before commencement, checking electrics etc. and not a speck of dust or anything left behind when Engineer finished. It's only 1 week since the Unit was installed and what a difference this has made already especially to my breathing issues (I'm asthmatic). Whole house feels much warmer and drier (especially my bedroom where the problem mainly was) I hadn't expected results so quick. I spent so much money over the last few years in trying to fix my damp issues and nothing worked. Well done Envirovent. Highly recommend.
