Tom did an excellent job in completing my porch, despite having to work through a back injury. He was always prompt, and kept me informed of work in progress and timescales. He managed the job very well, and ensured that the door and window that were supplied by Price Glass were fitted in tune with the porch build sequence. He kept me informed of any changes to the budget caused by changes that were requested or necessitated by external factors. I would certainly recommend Tom for your project.

At First Wesley who 'project managed' seemed really great and we got on very well I thought. The project has not been an easy one with monies being delayed on my part, difficult neighbour, Co-vid and me asking lots of questions I will admit to that. However if I am paying 105k I am entitled to ask lots of questions in my opinion and should be made to feel comfortable doing so. If it is too much for them they can ask me politely to put it all in 1 email. I was not that present at the start of the project and I have been since June and they have not liked it and now I know why. These men have now walked off with £87,500 of my money and left my house in a complete state. Rubble everywhere, no roof, walls or anything and a complete mess. Since they left I have realised how poor and lazy the work is as have many other tradesmen and surveyors. They have carried out substandard work. I do not even think it will pass regs. Beer cans found and no toilet onsite so using my garden... They got aggressive and shouted at me which is also not acceptable! I understand people have their differences and may not get on but it is no way to treat someone especially not your client. They have done awful work, started many parts and not finished 1. It's all over the place. Stolen my money and run off. 5 months work and it looks as if they have only spent 2 months on it. These men have committed serious Fraud, do not use them EVER. Empty promises, substandard work and aggressive.

Jon was one of the few tradesmen who took the time to show real consideration to the job I'd asked them to quote for. Several others glanced at the site and issued a price very quickly without stopping to discuss some of the potential snags or concerns around drainage etc, which concerned me. Before appointing him and Jay to carry out the work, their communication was very good and once committed, I was kept well informed of their intended start date (understanding that the weather will often play havoc with outdoor jobs!). Jon and Jay arrived as planned, worked hard to complete the requested work in good time, and I felt that the end result was good value for money. They were friendly and considerate and left the site immaculately clean on completion. They also made very economical use of materials to control the cost of the job. I would be happy to recommend Paved In Stone (Jon and his team) to others.

No dust sheets Jay plastered not just the ceiling and walls (badly) but also my back door, window, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink and ruined the flooring so bad it had to be thrown away. left the job unfinished as well. DO NOT USE
