I agreed a price and a start date with this person. He said he would start the job on Thursday the 12th of January, we had arranged to meet on the Thursday morning at 8am he didn’t turn up, or even had the decency to contact me, when I called him later in the morning he said he wasn’t coming today and proceeded to say he would book me in for another date. I refused and told him I didn’t think he was very reliable or honourable he did say he was sorry, but also said he didn’t care, about what sort of feedback I left. I don’t think people like this is good for your reputation, probably best to remove him.

Dmitry and his colleague finished our bathroom to an excellent standard - in the end! They worked very hard but their inexperience showed through several times. - we had to get them back as the toilet leaked - we had to get them back again when the tiled floor crumbled, they had failed to use the flexible floor grout we had bought, instead using the one for the wall by mistake. - the adhesive on the floor crumbled because they turned on the underfloor heating before it was dry. - they moved our light switch even though it wasn,t in the quote ( they moved it back when asked) - they decided the placement of the new sockets without asking us placing them above the door frame instead of with the other electrics on the skirting board - they moved them when asked - they installed the basin with visible pipes even though the quote stated in writing they should be hidden, they moved them when asked. - they were given a room to store their tools though they took over the whole house, even putting the new bathroom in our bedroom, it seemed very rude that they thought they had the run of our house - they took 9 days and two revisits to finish a job they said would take 5-7 days - in summary they try hard but are not skilled or experienced enough to do complex jobs like this
