We highly recommend Edge Tree Care for any tree removal work. They recently took down two large trees at one of our properties situated in a challenging location right next to a busy road and pavement. The team performed a fantastic job, demonstrating exceptional care and professionalism throughout the process. Our tenants specifically noted that the crew was thoughtful and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. The site cleanup was thorough, and their pricing was very fair. We have also used them successfully for a job in Croydon recently, and they delivered the same excellent results. We will definitely be using Edge Tree Care again!

They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

This review is not on workmanship as he didn't complete the work. The initial communication was great, I confirmed once everything was ready to go. He said he'll schedule me in. Within a couple of days on an evening he said he could come the next morning, but I wasn't available. After that, almost 2 weeks of silence. When I messaged him he said he's been busy and the first time he offered wasn't good for me, asking if I still need to get the job done. I said yes and asked if he wants/can do it and when. Haven't heard from him after that. I had to book someone else. He might be a great carpet fitter but the communication is beyond poor. For completeness and to your response, the first time you messaged me giving less than 24hrs notice, as I'm working full time I cannot just stay at home, I think we both agreed on that. 2 weeks later on a Wednesday I chased up, you asked on a Thursday if I still need the job done. Then silence. No issue with being on holiday, you could have said it.
