I’m extremely happy with and their work on my project. They built my rear extension with such excellent quality that I asked them to do my first-floor and side extensions too. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations, always helpful and really experienced telling me and explain during the work explaining what they doing, why they doing and assuring everything is spot on for the building control officer and also ensuring top-notch quality. They even left their mixer for me to use and never complained, even when working in the rain—the quality remained impeccable. They also installed the finishing 4x2 timber, making it easy for me to connect the flat roof. On top of that, their pricing was the best I could find, without compromising on quality. The work was spot-on, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and skilled bricklayers. Thank you for an excellent job!

New kitchen installation and media cabinet. Atanas at Realux and his team were very punctual, surprisingly clean for the job at hand with atmost attention to detail. The job was completed in the pre-agreed time frame despite some unexpected hurdles. He had really good suggestions which saved time and contributed to the overall look. I have hired him once again in Sep-22 for garden office and garden renovation which came under budget and the final result was better than expected. Atanas is very reliable with positive attitude and high proffesionalism. I would recommend him for any job that he applies for.

Alex has laid laminate floor for us in the hall, a lot of work cutting around all the door frames as we live in a bungalow. He was very neat and tidy, did not mind doing extra work in two cupboards, finished job looks brilliant. We are really pleased with his work, going to ask him to do living room for us. Really thorough job. Brian contacted us quickly, explained what would need to be done and what the safest options would be. He checked out the job before unloading things from his vehicle and explained what he would be doing before starting. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and he cleaned up afterwards. We paid electronically by card and he provided a receipt there and then. We would not hesitate to use Brian again. Price was about average compared to other quotes but for a much more thorough service.

I hired Terry and his gang to do some landscaping work in my garden including removal of a shed and a greenhouse. They did the work within 4 days and I was very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Tom. If any friend or family needed a boiler/heating engineer I would happily pass Tom's details to them. He comes across very friendly and knowledgeable; which immediately put me at ease. I can honestly say he has done a fantastic job in removing the old combi boiler, timer and thermostat replacing it with a new Worcester combi boiler, timer and thermostat. Tom is very clean and tidy you would not know he's been, his rates are very reasonable and I shall be calling Tom back when it's time for the boilers service.

I am really pleased with the work that Nathan and his team have carried out. The toilet under the stairs looks like it has always been there. They knew what to do right from the get go and what best way to run the soil pipe to the main drainage. You honestly couldn't tell that so much concrete had been dug up to get the pipe installed, that is the testament to how they finish. Always turned up on time and left the work area clean. I have already had compliments on the standard of work, all the while adhering to building regulations. I did get quotes from other companies but they were ridiculous. Nathan charged me a fair price which I accepted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and I will most likely be using him in the future.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 8 May 2012
We hired Audrius initially as his quote was very competitive and I felt confident with his knowledge and practical approach to repair our roof, this was to remove all the slate tiles, lay new felt, new batons and replace with as many usable original tiles, this was organised and completed with as little disruption as possible to ourselves and we were highly pleased with the finished roof. We discussed further renovation works we wished Audrius to carry out so work continued with loft conversion, basement conversion, chimney brests removed, new boundary wall, replastered ceilings throughout, his team were polite and always cleared away when they left for the evening and they were always early in the morning. All problems were sorted quickly and the best solutions found always with costs kept to a minimum, we also changed things here and there and Audrius always had excellent ideas which would save costs and keep our budget in check. Audrius and his team are professionals and we have other work for them in the future and will not be using anyone else.
