I can thoroughly recommend Jack for any plumbing work you require. Ex-council property with no apparent stop tap anywhere, Jack still managed to fit a new ball valve in our header tank, with minim mess and fuss but 100% professionalism.

Ryan has done the repair, hopefully it will stop the water coming through but will have to wait until the rains and winds happen. This is my first negative review. I am compelled to write because these types of services can be costly & timely when they go wrong. I met with Mr Mistry in Oct 2018 & agreed services & fees. Before submitting the plans, he said the agreed fees were wrong & he needed more. He did not physically inspect the loft & 3 builders said his measurements were inaccurate & bathroom location unfeasible. He advised me to submit 2 apps (loft conversion & extension) & then said 4 months later he had withdrawn the 2nd & to wait before resubmitting the 2nd! The ext was refused Apr 2019. He submitted a pre-app to see what could be approved. If he was unsure, he should've suggested the pre-app back in Oct 2018. He overcharged me £150 & only acknowledged it when I told him. He returned the money 6 weeks later! After asking repeatedly about progress, he copied me on an email to the council & on impulse I wrote to the case officer on his email only to find that the email address was bad & bounced back. After investigation, I located the real case officer who wrote to me expressing surprise that my architect even submitted the initial plans. On top of that, I also discovered that he did not submit the pre-app plans until 4 weeks after he said he had done it & overcharged me. Devan appears inexperienced, has poor attention to detail and you may draw your own conclusions around why he miscommunicated fees, email addresses, progress and actual submission dates to me.

Highly recommend Ricardo as a builder! Best decision I’ve made choosing Ricardo to be the builder to carry out work in my family home. Ricardo is able to do a substantial amount of any type of work that you require in your home. Hard working,very professional,reliable,efficient,honest,friendly,polite,respectful,reasonable for price,clearing up any mess after the work has been completed. To then go to the extra mile of explaining to me step by step in detail the work that’s been carried out. Would definitely be getting Ricardo to carry out more work in my home in the future. Highly recommended Ricardo to all my family members and friends an would recommend Ricardo to anyone else who is looking for a builder. You will not regret it. Great guys. Tidy, polite and flexible with our timing and schedule. Lovely bathroom when they were done. A bit more attention to detail on some of the tiling would’ve been great, but they were slightly awkward mosaic tiles that I had chosen. And when I mentioned it they were more than happy to replace the tiles I wasn’t happy with. Artan’s electrical work (full house rewire) was considerate of our needs and requests. He worked quickly to get it done for our move in date and we were very pleased! Lovely guy and he had a very good team working for him!
