Martin and his team did a terrific job repairing my fence after the recent storm damage. Martin responded very quickly to my post and came round to see what needing doing and to give me a good and fair price. The work was completed to a high standard and the fence is now rock solid. I would definitely recommend Martin for this type of work.

Lovely father son business, professional, friendly guys. I asked them to build a plasterboard wall in order to create an extra bedroom in my house, the wall was finished well, within two days and they charged me a very reasonable rate, as a young women in business I find that tradesmen often try to overcharge me but these gentleman did not. They also took a look at leak that had occured which another professional plumber failed to solve and tried to charge me over £200 just to take a look! I have and will book them on a number of other jobs.

Unique Lofts created a dormer loft with ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle in our mid-terrace 2 bed house. The team Mark allocated completed the structure of the loft within 5 weeks, faster than their estimation of 6 weeks. All trades persons used by or recommend by unique we're courteous, professional and considerate when we had to work from home. The main structure budget costed exactly as budgeted and all other costs were outlined in the quote. Communication with the build team and Mark was really good and they always answered any questions or concerns I had. The work done has been complimented by all who have seen it and we are still very happy with our new loft room. Lovely gentleman! Nicolas was very friendly and courteous; I immediately felt at ease with him. He was very patient, as we had some difficulty getting my outdoor camera to connect. Nicolas also gave me some general advice, which was greatly appreciated. All in all, he did a great job, and only left when he was sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend him.

I had 6 floating shelves for my son’s bedroom, After putting up the shelves Rob asked if he could get paid, which I found unusual as he was coming back the next day, so I said no I have paid upfront before and it can be problematic, he even showed me his bank account which was -£240 he became very insistent and made me feel uncomfortable. I still said no but he went on, on in the end I gave him £100 after he left when my son was cleaning the shelves we noticed 5 of the 6 shelves he put up were damaged bumped scratched, cracked he hit one so hard the back of the shelf caved in. I then realised why he was so insistent I pay him as he knew I would retain some of his pay for the damage to the shelves. I allowed him to come back even though I didn't want him there but I had to let him come back to complete work so I wouldn't lose the money I had already paid him. I let him complete the work and then addressed him about his behaviour and the damage and he apologised. I found him very manipulating and I felt harassed and bullied into paying him the money. His work is poor he works very untidy tools and dust everywhere even though I left a dustpan in the room this is how I think he damaged the shelves without care – It’s important to leave an honest review so we can hire good workers who are trustworthy. - I strongly recommend do not hire ....If I could I would have uploaded pictures.
