Simon was not punctual; he started his work at 2 pm (supposed to start at 10 am). He was waiting to buy all the materials on the day of work and could not manage to buy as Howden was closed on Easter Saturday (according to Simon, he was informed by Howden that it would remain open). I was not happy at all when he told me all these issues in that morning. BUT finally he managed to buy everything from B&Q and started working with his nephew at 2 pm. Simon annoyed our neighbor as he was working after 8 pm. My neighbor came and asked him to stop; Simon was in the middle of something; and stopped after 5 min; eventually my neighbor called the police; Simon went to the police station and handled the situation (and no bother for us). When drilling the wall for the shelf; his nephew went little too far; and the plaster fell off from the other side. Next day Simon came and did plastering on the wall. Now you will be wondering why, I am still giving Simon a positive review. After all these issues; at the end SIMON managed to finish his job quite nicely. He is extremely polite. He also asked me a decent price for his job. I wish he could be slightly more professional in future.

From the time that we chose John he kept in touch regularly,answering all our e-mails and explaining clearly what he planned to do. On the day he arrived promptly and before starting the work he put down protective floor coverings over all the areas he would pass through. He worked steadily and explained again with the help of photos what exactly he had done. Of course it goes without saying that he tidied up afterwards. He promised us a job done to the highest standards and it is our opinion that it was so.

Fantastic fixed a summerhouse that the walls had lifted along with the roof had to take off windows and door frames to refix the walls for support , first guys to come in and say they are not sure how to fix until frames came off , brilliant work guys highly recommend

Sandor and Artor completely refitted my bathroom a few months ago and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I made. They removed the old bathroom quickly, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what I had in mind. In a couple of places they actually improved the plan with ideas I hadn’t thought of, which made a real difference. The finish is excellent and it still looks great now. Everyone who sees it compliments the work. They were fast, professional and just genuinely nice to deal with. I’d happily use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with any work

George and the boys turned up, completed work on time and as per the quote. In fact we were so pleased that we contracted them to do additional works on site. We have a couple of snagging issues to be done but George has been in touch and agreed a plan to rectify. Overall would recommend George and his team.
