Scott has done an amazing job, having taken over a disaster of a job by our previous plasterer. He's re-plastered the worst of the previous plasterer's walls, beautifully. He's then plastered two bedrooms, including boarding ceilings, he's plastered the landing, toilet, stairs and hall, the office ceiling, another set of stairs, the kitchen and the utility (again, including boarding the ceilings) and, no matter how long and how complicated the job has been, he has stuck to that price. I have huge respect for him for that. His finish is so perfect I have been able to paint straight on to the plaster, whereas I have had to spend hours filling and sanding the previous plasterer's work. Scott's work ethic is second to none and he is a perfectionist, which means he probably earns less than some other plasterers but it's more important to him that the job is done to absolute perfection, even when it's on his own time. I find it quite stressful having workmen in the house while I'm also trying to live here with four dogs but Scott has been so friendly to them and to me and just quietly and patiently gets on with the job without fuss. He, unlike others, doesn't need constant ego strokes and is self-motivated by the wish to do an excellent job. He is coming back very soon to replace a window lintel - he's a very talented man and is about to start work at my daughter's house, so confident am I of his skills. THANK YOU, Scott, for restoring my faith. You're the best.

Superb work, no messing about, gets on with the job. Lovely manner with people. We couldn’t have been more pleased. After being messed about by a cowboy builder he came and saved the day and finished our building. I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic work and reasonable. You would have no worries hiring Martin. Hes reliable, hard working and punctual. I personally wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Lucas painted and wallpapered my master bedroom, hall stairs and landing. Lucas was reliable and turned up when he said he would. He was a clean and tidy worker, he didn't splash paint on anything. I found him to be conscientious and hard working. I was more than satisfied with the quality of his work, I would say it's to a high standard. I found Lucas to be very personable and easy to get along with. I would use him again and be happy to recommend him.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ian and Keith. The original job was to decorate a 4 bedroom house from top to bottom but shortly involved the addition of fitting a new kitchen! Nothing was too much trouble for them, exceptionally professional at all times and they went over and above to ensure the job was completed on time and at a high standard. Chris replied to my initial message very quickly. He arranged to come and look at the job and he came when he said he would, which is a huge plus given my previous experience with plumbers . He had to come back a few days later and again he was true to his word and came when he said he would. He managed to fix the problem after a lot of investigation including taking up floor boards. I was very impressed with his work and asked him to replace my radiators and to install a new toilet and basin. While I had to wait a few weeks for him to come back, once again he came when he said he would and completed the work for a reasonable price. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He gets on with things without a fuss and his work is excellent, from what I can see. He coped well with the unexpected problems old houses can throw up ! He also cleared up and left the house neat and tidy ! I have already recommended him to friends.
