Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Lasha and Mickey were very polite and they did a great job in repairing the wardrobe as well as changing door locks, painting, replacing one of the toilet seats, stopping leak from back of toilet and fitted vinyl flooring in both toilets. All these jobs were done to good standard and they will be coming back in the new year to fit our laminated flooring. They are highly recommended.

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. Artur is very experienced with painting and decorating work. Did a great job with my feature wall with fine detail. Artur respects any reasonable instructions to get the job done perfectly. I wanted a dark paint on a white wall and was very worried of the fine lines and touch-up to be the most perfect but Artur did it very well and perfectly every edge of the wall.
