I hired Nikolay and his coworker to build a small walk in closet. The job was done properly and they delivered what was promised in the estimated time. They also left the house tiny and clean. It was a nice experience. The price was also really good.

Adrian was absolutely brilliant. A perfectionist and very precise with his application, care and measuring- giving me information about the reasons for doing everything throughout the job. Arrived early and worked hard every day. Met me one evening to explain everything first and listened to by brief. I was very nervous about choosing a tiler as we had spent a lot of money and time selecting natural marble and had a very specific vision in mind with a complex pattern and set-up required in an old house with wonky walls and floors. Adrian leveled the floor, laid under-floor heating and protection, prepared and straightened the walls, sealed the marble, laid it all in the exact pattern and precise measurements with borders and then sealed again. He definitely knows how to work with marble and precious stone to give the best results. If you want a quality job and a trustworthy person, Adrian is the man for you.

The guys were thoroughly professional and polite, installed the lights, extractor and new dimmer switch with minimal fuss, and were very tidy during and in finishing up. They also found and fixed a few other gremlins in the electrics. I would highly recommend London Heritage. My bathroom is transformed! London Heritage are quoting me now for some new bathroom cupboards, which demonstrates how happy I am with their work so far.

Sebastian worked much more steadily then my previous builder and completed jobs in a reasonable time. He was easy to work with, able to listen, take instruction and direct, take the lead as and when appropriate. I would work with him again. There are two small points of criticism, I would not normally mention this type of minor point, however there are a lot of cowboy builders around, therefore it is worth making quality an issue, and really identifying the wheat from the chaff. The first point is he did not come with the basic safety equipment needed for building work for a domestic build job. E.g workman's gloves, helmet, face-mask and eye protection. He quickly realised that he needed them, so we wasted valuable time as he had to go and buy them. The second point is that I needed someone that was available. We discussed on the phone, that I wanted to do a one day trial followed by a commitment for weeks to complete a refurbishment. While he was only available for one day and then was booked indefinitely. I was not informed proactively, instead found out when I asked when he would be at work next for a delivery. I still give him positive feedback, because if you get his commitment he will give you reasonable work output of a reasonable quality, this is a good thing to know when there are so many cowboy builders around. He also was willing to give tips and advice on a job like the one I was engaged in. Getting valuable insight is priceless.

Florentin created a new entrance to our house by cutting through an existing brick wall, creating two pillars and laying a path with paving bricks to connect the entrance to an existing path. He did an excellent job, working carefully, professionally and cleanly. Although not specialising specifically in heavy brick work, he clearly knew what he was doing, had the right machinery and had the skills necessary to do the job. Florentin is also courteous and well spoken. I am pleased to recommend him without hesitation.
