I retired from being a School site manager on 2024 having been in the role for 25 years. Previous to that I was working a deputy manager for a well known local builders merchants and previous to that I worked for several development companys delivering new build home warehouses and sheltered accomodation I have a great deal of experience in minor repairs and construction. My role in the school enviroment required me to carry out all manner of small repairs and refurbishment I have undergone several training courses including working at height.asbestos awareness. electrical safety. fire safety. portable appliance testing and other various safety courses. After retiring I moved back into a property I was renting out and for the last 2 years have been carrying out top to bottom refurbishment fitting new doors decorating plumbing etc as well as clearing the overgrown garden and replanting constructing a new pond and replacing walls and fences. I have now completed most of the work and I am looking for small jobs to earn a little extra money I will do most small jobs but will not carry out any electrical work apart from minor appliance repairs and replacement fuses or plugs I also am not qualified to carry out any work on gas supplies
