Unprofessional and discourteous. Accepted my invitation to quote. Agreed a date and time to attend to quote. I rushed home from work to be available for the meeting. Trader didnt turn up. I sent an SMS messaged to query. No response. I sent a message on this platform to query. No response. No message to cancel. No message to apologise and explain. No courtesy. No respect for peoples time. Be mindful of this when selecting GC Home Improvement. In my experience, this kind of disregard can sometimes translate into similar disregard when it comes to workmanship.

Richard came to do multiple plastering jobs within my house. He has plastered three rooms in total, including a large hallway. We plan on having Richard back to do more work that needs to be done. He was on time and kept informed on date and time of arrival. He was reliable and on time. I was able to leave Richard alone in my house as he done his work as I had trust in him. I would highly recommend Richards work and can verify he is trust worthy and reasonably price his jobs.

We where let down by a plasterer and had a deadline to meet! One call to M&S and seamus arrived to inspect the job and give sound advice! M&S fitted us in around they’re busy schedule and the job was completed on time to a very high standard. The boys where clean, and worked very hard throughout the job. Very friendly guys professional and courteous. I stopped them to take a break and have a well deserved coffee. They’re experienced tradesmen and have old school values of working with finesse taking time to get every aspect just right.. “They take pride in what they do” I’m keen on lines, flatness and overall finish. I’m please to say all the boxes where ticked!. I’m 100% confident you would be pleased with M&S and would recommend them to anybody. If I have any plastering jobs in future seamus of M&S will be my 1st port of call...

Stephen and his Team were utterly professional, their work was faultless and we couldn't be happy with the job. We had a wall removed in the kitchen which needed a support putting in, and a wall removed in the bathroom and a doorway sealed up. Right from my initial contact with Stephen we got got a good feeling, his quote was the most competitive but we had already decided to go with Stephen anyway as his experience, expertise and integrity were obvious as talked us through the job and what would be required. Their work was fast and to a great standard. We were very impressed with how clean Stephen and his Team managed to keep the house throughout all the work (especially as we have black mortar in the walls), they cleaned up throughly every evening and it made life so much easier on us.
