After a number of quotes for our extension we used IPC construction for our extension as the price quoted was very reasonable in comparison to other companies. We were also impressed with Ian's pleasant nature and he convinced us that he was very capable of completing the job. Over the course of the extension that was originally planned for around £40000 we added so many extras because the amounts quoted were extremely competitive and had a much larger extension built and improvements to our garden, bathroom and kitchen. All of our neighbours commented on the consideration of IPC during the work. We are very happy with our extension and would recommend Ian for future work. Simon and Sonja

A leak in our roof left the living room ceiling in a terrible state. After a very reasonable quote, Ryan came to rectify the issue, he was very thorough and overcame some unexpected water damage issues quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend him highly enough. As a pensioner, you often feel vulnerable with tradesmen, but Ryan was helpful and explained everything making sure he left everything clean and tidy. 5*

Edited review after return. Nick came to reseal our bathroom and as you can see in the pics it just wasn’t a good job. He left old silicone in and didn’t fill the bathtub with any water. Didn’t clean any of the dirty bits so had to get in another tradesman to fix the job. I did message him but he has stopped replying. Very disappointed as you can see below he was great with the shelves. Nick was great. Came round and checked out the job. Was able to see it was dib dab walls and instantly knew how to approach the job. Excellent communication and cleaned up as he went. We have already booked him for another job as his work was excellent.
