I got a degree on all of science, and I've started working as a builder over 15 years ago. I do building work and emergency work for estate agency for over 10 years. I used to do work for other companies, like installing and supervising but I've left because I did not enjoy their customer service so I decided to provide my own service directly to the customers .

Igor completed a full re-fit of our upstairs bathroom. The bathroom was completely ripped up from ceiling to the walls to the flooring. He installed a new bath tub, new shower unit, toilet, a douche, bathroom fan, door and door frame and the bathroom units. He also completed a list of other small things required inside the bathroom. He took care with all of the work and explained any details throughout refurbishment. Finishing was excellent and flawless. Igor is trustworthy and very friendly. I highly recommend him and would definitely consider him for any further renovations and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Igor for all of your hard work.

Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.

I asked Gareth to come and help identify the source of a leak as I wasn’t totally satisfied with the first opinion I had received and wanted a second opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable, very down to earth and found out what the problem was with relative ease. He has an easy confidence of someone who knows exactly that they are doing. I wish I had used him first time round.

Kay was quick to reply to my emergency request, he arrived on time, early even and completed the job the same day. He was polite and respectful and the toilet was working again in no time. I am very pleased with the job Yuliks did boarding our loft and installing a ladder. He came to quote for the job and was happy to give us time to consider his offer. The completed job is exactly what we had in mind and it is obvious Yuliks works to a high standard. I was very impressed that he kept a tidy work space, important when you are living in the place where the work is being done. He is very professional and polite and I would recommend him.
