Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks

Mansour is a really nice guy, straight forward, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He refurbished the front of our victorian terraced house as well as bringing back to life our sash windows and window sills at the back of the property. M&G handman service was utterly brilliant. I bought a flat which needed major work. Every surface including the ceiling was covered in wallpaper, they stripped it all, made the walls good and repainted the entire flat. They also installed new flooring through out and fitted a kitchen. Matt was a delight to work, he is friendly, experienced and incredibly helpful

Brillant job !!! I intially hired Michael for my kitchen ceiling which was in a poor state after some leaks from the shower in my ensuite. He not only renewed my ceiling but helped me locate and resolve an additional leak which I was not aware off till the ceiling came down and this at no extra cost. I was impressed with his work ethic and will definitely use him again.

At first he seemed like a really nice man. He doesn’t know how to fit worktop. He has ruined my oak worktop. Kitchen doors are all uneven. He didn’t use a level to put the handles on he just screwed them. Didn’t put the back panels in so when I opened the kitchen cabinets I could see the brick wall. He rushed the job and didn’t finish because he was going away. I had to get a carpenter in fix most of his work. Before Christmas he promised he will be back. Several times now he said he will come back and put his mistakes right. I’m still waiting and he doesn’t reply anymore. He also charged me an extra £500 on top of the quote he had given me. Don’t be fooled by this guy he is not professional at all and he will not complete his work. I have added pictures of his work and this is after I got a carpenter in to complete some of the work. The Cooke is in sideway. Nothing seems to be level. Lona

Excellent craftsmanship and nice guy, jack of all trades. He did all my plumbing tiling and kitchen fitting.. he renovate my kitchen including cabinets, worktop sink tiles and also replace my bath vanity sink, toilet and install new floor and wall tiles. New cupboards, shower screen and many more for very good price.

Gabs recently completed a job at my flat which included creating bespoke doors for three storage cupboards in the hallway, sanding down and re-painting all the architraves, skirting most of the flat and painting the skirting, painting the hallway, and sanding down/re-painting the living room window sill. Gabs showed exceptional attention to detail and the job was completed to a very high standard. He has long standing experience in what he does and is clearly highly skilled. His communication skills were particularly strong relative to most builders I have worked with in the past. I would recommend his services to anyone.
