The standard of work was abysmal. The photos in the photo gallery must have been taken from someone else's site. Catalogue of errors. Where do I start. - Failed to follow the instructions on boarding the ceiling, instead boxing off part of the room. - Much of the insulation was removed, - The boards were not properly screwed down, leaving unlevelled floor board, with dips and rises in the floor. - Both the flooring and ceiling boards had gaps, which were filled with foam. - The work caused cracks in the ceiling below. - The original fitted loft door was cut. This was cut short. Then repaired by putting another piece of wood on top. The loft door is now two pieces of board stuck together, which is unsightly to look at. -Since the "job" was done the loft door does not stay closed, as the lock was not properly fitted probably due to the loft door not fitting. -The ladder is flimsy, the cheapest on the market. As the loft is high I have been told that the ladder is inadequate. I requested the receipt to return it. The receipt was sent to me after the 30 days that the ladder was purchased. The shop were it was brought refused to take it back as it was outside the refund period. The flooring is so bad it has to be boarded over, which is an additional cost. The plasterer had to screw down boards before he could start plastering.

Job completed within rough time scale. Some delay due to availabilty of the skip but Dan communicated everything. Job was messy in itself by Dan and team did really well being as tidy as possible. Jake and Chris turned a small bedroom into our new bathroom, included putting new pipes into the new room, capping off old pipes in the old bathroom, removing the old bathroom suite, fitting the new bathroom suite and shower, moving and updating radiators. Our boiler broke during the work so they also installed a new boiler as an emergency within 2 days. Jake and Chris are truly lovely genuine guys. They work hard, jake was here before 8am most days and stayed til 5. We are pleased with the work and hope to deal with them again. Professional and clean. I would highly recommend.
