i immediately felt at ease and comfortable with Vaclav when he came round to see job and make an assessment of what needed to be done. hence why i hired him immediately and didn't bother with getting quotes from anyone else. A very trustworthy, professional polite person. he did an excellent job of this flat...soo good i gave him 3 other areas to do. the finish was totally professional looking . he also did a whole load of repairs. Vaclav was very patient with me despite my numerous change of opinion on floor finishes !! i changed my mind almost everyday!.. yet he still had the patience to deal with me and my requests. He even showed me how to use some of the tools since i was very interested to learn. he took no shortcuts and used the very best products. the flat was cleaner after all the sanding than it was before!! (..utterly surprised about that). Vaclav was an utter delight to work with . he is responsible and respectful of your belongings too. he did his utmost and diligently double checked everything to ensure no damages to pipes or wires during the repairs. (which i was v stressed about) .i wouldn't hesistate at all to hire Vaclav again and again. His prices are comparable for the average on my builder.com...that's because of the competition on here. but tbh ...his workmanship is worth a lot more. i wouldn't quibble with his quotes or go for the cheapest guy in this area of work given the seriousness nature of it . Kestutis was friendly, professional, funny and efficient! I could or recommend him highly enough. We got exactly what we envisioned and he was always there to offer helpful advice and make clear what was and wasn’t possible. His prices were incredibly reasonable and he worked so quickly but meticulously. Overall he was an incredibly lovely guy and we will use him again and recommend him to anyone!

Did the drawings and looked after submitting for planning permission. We’re having a large dormer added to our bungalow to add a second floor. Dom had some great ideas and we’re really happy with the plans he’s drawn up. He looked after all the dealings with the council, which made things very easy for us. Very friendly & professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The drawings were done within a few days of his site visit and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dom to anyone.

I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome and I shall call for their services for other works around the house in the near future .i would highly recommend them.

We had a nice discussion at the start and initially agreed a bigger project to work on my two bathrooms. Fortunately, they were unable to do the whole project and only did a smaller part of the project. Only replacing one basin, tap and basin waste. Within 24 hours, water is leaking, tap was not setup as required by the tap manufacturers manual and sealant was not properly done. I paid a higher price compared to another cheaper quote, on the impression that I am getting a professional plumber.
