Craig and Scott did amazing job for our new shower room. We love the new shower Craig built for us. He is very patient and helpful. He always help clients to meet their needs even the tasks maybe very tedious or difficult, for example he managed to help us to re-use our old shower door, which is very difficult and tedious task. But he still try his best to help us to re-use the shower door. Moreover he even cleaned our old shower door which covers many silicone, he made the shower door looks very new. He also gives many great suggestions on how the shower room may look nicer, for example he suggested more lighting in our shower room, he also suggested us to use grey grout to go with our dark tiles. Which are all great suggestions. He also fixed many small issues for us, such as fixing our noise floor outside the shower room, fixed the loosen toilet seat, fixed the extractor fan etc. And he didn't even ask for extra money. Craig Wilson is highly recommended. We will definitely use C W Property Services again.

I decided to redecorate my bedroom. I knew there were 2 layers of wallpaper on the walls already and I wanted the walls stripped back and painted. I firstly attempted stripping the wallpaper myself but I was making a mess of the walls. I was recommended to call HJ Simpson & Son from a friend who said they were great at what they did and very reasonable. This is when I contacted Henry and his son Danny. From the moment they came to see me until the job was completed they were both extremely professional and friendly. They explained from the start exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to be. They were very friendly and extremely tidy. Cleaned up everything behind them and left my bedroom looking amazing. Absolute perfect job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will most certainly be using them again for future work. It's difficult nowadays who to choose to do work for you. You hear of so many horror stories but these are one of the good guys out there.

I was a bit hesitant initially as Dairis did not have any reviews however I am glad I went with him as he did a fantastic job wallpapering & painting my kitchen. He always showed up early in the morning on time and kept me up to date if there were any issues, he even give a range of options on how to deal with a window I had badly unblocked. I will def use him again & would highly recommend.

I've been a plasterer for 12 years, I might not have as much experience as some older plasterers but learning news things is key to becoming better. Good knowledge of most products and good experience and competency in lime plastering and well as traditional plastering I e. Skim coat, straightening and floating, rendering and dashing. Basic knowledge on ornamental plastering. Another thing that sets me apart from most plasterers I'm reliable and efficient. Golden rule never let you're customers down. As I know myself what tradespeople can be like.

I had Ian repaint and repair a sign at my restaurant. We were on a strict time frame over 3 days before we reopened and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Ian was great from the get go, good communication and very helpful throughout. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and will no doubt be using his expertise again in the future.

My experience with Scott has been a nightmare. I contracted him to fit a kitchen, replace doors and skirting. I asked him if he was qualified to lay Karndean flooring and he said he was. However, he subcontracted the floor laying to someone else without consulting me. The flooring was laid which cost a lot of money and the job was substandard with several issues ranging from scratches, big gaps and several boards not stuck down. Scott agreed with my concerns initially and said he would return with the floorer to put things right. When he returned the floorer was aggressive and threatened to return to my home to sort me out. This left me afraid in my own home. Some amendments were made but there are still several issues and an independent specialist report recommends the floor is lifted completely. I have been trying to get Scott to repair the floor for four months but he says I should be grateful to have such a nice home. He has attacked me on a personal level rather than take responsibility for his error of judgment. It is fair to say that this situation is unfortunate because Scott trusted the floorer but he was let down. However, it was Scott I contracted so it is his responsibility to put things right. But he abdicates responsibility. I’ve tried hard to resolve this informally but Scott refuses to engage so I now have to take formal action which I really hoped to avoid.
