Chris and John did a fantastic job of sorting our dodgy cracked plaster. It was a bit more complicated than we’d originally thought but Chris explained the solution and completed the work in 4 days and did a great job clearing up. Would thoroughly recommend.

Marvin decorated the ground floor, stairs and first floor landing in our property. He has completely transformed it! It was tired, dark and old and now its a lovely light, bright and contemporary space. Have already recommended to others and would use again. Nimtim were the architects and project managers that we employed to plan and organise an extensive development of the kitchen, breakfast room and lobby in our detached 1896 house in a Conservation Area in Lewisham. In a proactive and flexible way they translated our ideas for change into practical plans that, used by our builders and kitchen designers, were translated into a suite of adjoining rooms that was beautiful and ergonomically effective. They interacted with great diplomatic skill with structural engineers, builders, Lewisham Council and out kitchen designers. We were always impressed by the professionalism of Nimtim and by their calm and effective way of responding to our inevitable "in course corrections" when we had second thoughts about our initial ideas. In every case they responded with insight to our changes. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

We are in the finishing touches on our 6 month project for a double storey side, back extension, loft conversion, new roof & total renovation with Rapid Bee. We invited a few builders to quote for our job & found RapidBee to be on the money. They certainly were neither the cheapest nor most expensive. We liked them mainly because of their professionalism & the can do attitude & knowledge. Whilst other builders tried to talk us out of some ideas we had, Adam & Saulius were happy to incorporate all our requirements & offered further options to make things better. It is refreshing to speak to a builder who doesn’t complain but offers good updates & offer solutions to problems. They employ an extremely hard working team that show great attention to detail & want to do a good job. The guys dealt with our idiot neighbour professionally & avoided confrontation & Building control on a few matters & Adam provided us solutions before he even told us about the problem. We added a few optional extras along the way & whilst they weren’t cheap we knew they would offer good value for money. They supplied all our windows of a top brand product at a competitive price that look absolutely stunning. They are a few weeks ahead of schedule, an outcome rarely heard of amongst builders. They prepared a clear schedule up front which made it easy to keep track of cash flow on work completed. We actively encourage anyone to get a quote from them & have a conversation with them when comparing builders

Gregton and his labourer from A&G did a great job re-plastering a ceiling for us. The quality of their work was excellent, completed to a very high standard. Communication throughout was clear, the price was fair, and they left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. They also helped with prep work to dismantle furniture and clear the room prior to plastering. A small snag was discovered after the job was finished, but they came back promptly to sort it at no extra cost. It’s clear that A&G take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, even after they’ve been paid. Would happily recommend and use again.
