  Ryan came out to see the space and took a tile away with him and then confirmed he could complete the job (glass tiles backsplash), gave us a quote and a date so we agreed to go ahead. He came out and started the job but halfway through said he kept breaking the tiles as his grinder couldn’t cut them. He then said he would need even more tiles as so many got broken and advised he would try to source a glass cutter then come back in 2 days to complete the job. We paid him half his fee and ordered additional tiles and we agreed he would get the rest a couple days later when he came back to complete the job. This was on 12th March and he has not responded to our messages since 14th March when we wrote him to confirm the tiles had arrived. We have called him twice and he says he’s too busy with other jobs and holidays (first Easter and now more Holidays) and that he’s also not got the correct tools. Our backsplash is half done and he refuses to give us a completion date… Poor service!!!

  I am writing this review to warn others before they decide to hire this person. I explicitly asked him three times if he could match the patterns and deliver professional-grade work; he spoke very confidently, which led me to believe he was qualified. Unfortunately, he ruined the £450 worth of Farrow & Ball wallpaper we purchased. He attempted to fix the issues three times but failed every time. Furthermore, he used no protective equipment while working, which resulted in us having to repaint our walls entirely. Because he insisted on being paid before leaving, I made a partial payment, but I refused to pay the remainder as the quality of the work was completely unacceptable. He then threatened to rip the wallpaper down. I told him he is welcome to remove it, provided he reimburses us for the cost of the material he destroyed. I initially wasn't going to leave a review, but I felt it was important for others to know what to expect before hiring him.

  Mark came and had a look at the job. Mark fixed the gutter and we agreed a price. Mark was a great guy to get the gutter fixed. He was very polite and explained the job and what he was going to do . Great guys. Very efficient and friendly. Will use again.
