Job done quickly and well. The work was completed in the space of one morning which, I felt, made the labour costs – charged as in the estimate –slightly excessive. I would use this man again or would recommend him to others.

Mick did a great job of digging out an area of garden border removing a rooty spreading shrub, which was hard work and which I couldn’t manage myself. He arrived on time, communication was good throughout and he charged a fair price. Happy :)

installed a draining board that didn't drain, unwilling to fix problem can't even paint a wall properly,15 bricks at bottom of wall, refused to paint them, no attemt to paint behind cooker, very visible area, unable to cut old ends of wallpaper before painting, new wallpaper unsticking,picture hook holes to big not parallel to floor, does stuff you don't want or need, you can't watch even a bit what he is doing.he takes stuff from your house.and he is very slow then wants more money, any money you give him he will text you later that he has received it, and sometimes doesn't,grouting/sealent has yellow oil in it not white,

Francisc was really helpful and did a great job cleaning and reviving a 10-15yr old driveway I inherited from the previous owner. He even levelled a section of the driveway previously sunken by skips. The driveway was gleaming clean and really freshened up the outside of our house. Job well done and recommended

Very disappointing experience with Ramon. Ramon came to view the property before we agreed on the scope and price of the exterior painting job. We had detailed discussions in person and over the phone and agreed on everything including price and scope. Despite that, after starting the job, he changed his mind about the agreed price and asked for more money — something he never flagged during the site visit. He painted part of the exterior and then left the job half done without any communication for two full days. There was no explanation or notice — I was left completely in the dark. It was promised that he would come back the next day as he needed some extra tools but after multiple messages being ignored and calls being ignored it was clear we were left in vulnerable position with a half painted house without any communication. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability make it impossible for me to recommend him. I have CCTV evidence of our conversations.

Klejvis and his partner did an incredible job over a couple of days creating a patio and a path. They were timely, well-humoured, hard-working and relentless in rough conditions. I'd readily recommend them to others and hope they will come back soon for some other projects we're planning.

Do not hire. Came to fix my bed frame, broke as soon as I lay ontop of it. He then said he would come back and fix but didn’t, I chased him and he said he would just refund me. I still haven’t heard back from him with any communication or the refund. Scam.
